Entry Tickets

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Duration: 20/07/2026 - 28/09/2026.
2. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
3. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
4. By playing The Killarney Festival 2026 online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Killarney (Ireland), in order to participate at The Killarney Festival 2026 Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
5. All seats for “The Killarney Festival 2026” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “Killarney Main Event Day 1X” from 15th to 18th October (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another The Killarney Festival tournament from 13th October - 18th October 2026 in Killarney.
6. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Killarney Main Event Day 1X”. The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.
7. “Killarney Main Event Day 1” is played until the end of Level 15 with the exception of Day 1G Hyper which is played until the end of Level 8. All the remaining players move to Day 2. Players will reach the Minimum Cash during Day 2, once 10% of the field remains. Players can enter multiple Day 1 events (“Killarney Main Event Day 1”). Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “Killarney Main Event Day 2” on 18th October 2026, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Killarney.
8. If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to: Play another Day 1/Transfer the ticket to another player at the location/Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
9. Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.
10. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have been pre-registered to play with the event organiser, who is considered the data controller. For any privacy related questions, please go to https://irishpokertour.com/privacy-policy/.
11. To participate in the revenue mission, players must opt in once for the duration of the revenue mission qualification period.
12. Revenue Mission Qualification Period: 20/07/2026 00:00 GMT – 27/09/2026 17:00 GMT.
13. Maximum amount of “€100 Killarney 2026 [Mission]” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission qualification period.
14. The revenue mission will award “€100 Killarney 2026 [Mission]” entry tickets that are valid only in “Killarney” tournaments during the Promotion Duration. “€100 Killarney 2026 [Mission]” entry tickets expire on the 28/09/2026.
15. Satellites will award “€XXX Killarney 2026 Entry”, “€100 Killarney 2026 [PACKAGE]” tickets or “€XXX Killarney 2026 Auto” auto registration entry tickets which can only be used in “The Killarney Festival 2026” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress. The tickets will expire after the Promotion Period. “€XXX Killarney 2026 Auto” auto registration entry tickets directly register players to the target event.
16. “KILLARNEY 2026 €1,800 Package” & “KILLARNEY 2026 €700 Seat” tickets will be issued online to winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online. They expire on 15/10/2026.
17. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, RedStar will return the buy in or the network tickets to the Players and they will be able to register for the next available event. RedStar will not offer any additional compensation to the Players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
18. We are not responsible for any adverse effects any participants experience throughout the use of their prize.
19. RedStar Administration and iPoker Network reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on Players that have already participated in this Promotion.
20. Players may not create more than one account on RedStar poker room website for the purpose of entering the Promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, we reserve the rights, at our sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player's account.
21. If such a breach occurs, the RedStar administration may, at its discretion, close all such a Player’s accounts.
